Quantum UX Insights – March Edition

What I’ve Been Working On

As March comes to an end, I wanted to share what I’ve been working on this past month. A lot has happened, so here’s a quick summary—plus, I hope you’ll find some useful tips to apply to your own personal brand building!

One of the posts I made on Linkedin

1️⃣ Diving into Quantum Computing Bottlenecks in Europe: Lessons from My LinkedIn Initiative

A few months ago, I decided to get more involved in the quantum ecosystem—despite having no prior experience in the space. The biggest challenge? The bottlenecks in HPC scalability across Europe.

I received advice that sharing my learning journey on LinkedIn could be a great way to engage with the community. So, I launched a campaign:
✅ I wrote 27 posts diving deep into existing HPC challenges and solutions for quantum adoption.
✅ I explored ways to connect EU-based AI startups with local HPC centers instead of relying on U.S. cloud providers.
✅ I looked into policy incentives to drive private investment in HPC infrastructure.

🚀 What I learned:
The posts didn’t gain as much traction as I had hoped. But this exercise wasn’t just about reach—it pushed me to step out of my comfort zone, engage with a problem space I was unfamiliar with, and openly discuss issues I care about.

🔄 Next Steps:
Rather than 27 deep dives, I’ll focus on 1-2 posts summarizing key problems and solutions—hopefully making the conversation more impactful. And hey, at least I fed the LinkedIn algorithm a bit! 😆

2️⃣ Two New YouTube Videos on Quantum UX

I've released two new YouTube videos diving into quantum computing from a product design perspective.

🎥 Why Quantum Needs Product Designers – Breaking down why UX and product design are essential for making quantum computing accessible.

3️⃣ Streamlining Content Creation with AI

I’ve been diving deeper into content creation—both videos and this newsletter. Since I love efficiency, I explored tools that help me create high-quality visual content faster. That’s when I discovered Veed.io.

✅ It has built-in AI features that let me repurpose a single video into short snippets for Instagram and TikTok.
✅ The text-to-video feature is a game-changer—I can input my script, and it generates a fully edited video.

💡 Takeaway: AI-powered tools like this significantly speed up content creation without sacrificing quality.

4️⃣ Structuring My Quantum UX Journey with a Concrete Plan

To bring real focus to my Quantum UX journey, I created a structured plan. This keeps me on track, ensures I always know my next step, and allows me to easily add new ideas to my backlog. Here’s what it includes:

✅ Goals – What I want to achieve in the Quantum UX space
✅ Audience – Who I’m creating content for
✅ KPIs – The key metrics I want to hit and by when
✅ Content Pillars & Mediums – The main themes I’ll cover and the formats I’ll use
✅ Events – Must-attend industry conferences and meetups
✅ Networking – Key people I want to connect with
✅ Freebies – Valuable resources I plan to create
✅ Courses – If I launch one, what it would include

📌 Next Steps: Executing this plan while staying flexible for new opportunities!

5️⃣ Positioning Product Future Lab as an AI-Friendly Business

I also explored how to position Product Future Lab (Product Future Lab is my agency where I help deep tech companies with their product design needs)as an AI-friendly company. The goal? To ensure that when people search for AI-related solutions, they can easily find my business. Here’s what I focused on:

✅ AI-Friendly Prompts – Understanding what search queries would lead people to my business
✅ SEO-Optimized Business Description – Crafting a description that aligns with AI-driven searches
✅ Optimized Services List – Structuring offerings in a way that resonates with AI search algorithms
✅ Platforms for Manual Listings – Identifying where to add my business for better discoverability
✅ AI-Driven FAQs – Creating a Q&A section that mirrors AI-generated search questions
✅ <head> Script for SEO – Implementing metadata to improve search visibility
✅ Priority Blog Topics – Identifying content themes that enhance AI & SEO optimization

📌 Next Steps: Implementing these strategies to ensure Product Future Lab is well-positioned in the AI-driven search landscape.
